Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Aula keyboard in its original box, ensuring all accessories, keycap pullers, and cables are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
